Kidz@122 Program: Lessons of a Local Legend

Saturday, May 2, 2026

Join us for an interactive program that combines games with learning about Arthur. This youth program is designed to introduce children to the life and legacy of Arthur Ashe, a Richmond hero and global tennis icon. Through a blend of learning and play, participants will explore who Arthur Ashe was, why he matters, and how his values continue to inspire today. Youth will then rotate through a series of engaging stations, including tennis-based games, a tour of the exhibition, a fun craft, and interactive games based on Arthur’s character. By combining movement, creativity, and storytelling, the program creates a fun and memorable learning experience that helps kids connect with Arthur Ashe’s legacy in an age-appropriate and engaging way.
