I Am Born to Build Wealth: Financial Literacy Program Especially for Children & Youth

A family-centered financial literacy experience designed to inspire and equip children ages 5 -16 with the tools and mindset to build a strong financial future. In partnership with the Credit Union of Virginia, each participating child will receive $25 in seed money to open a savings account, reinforcing the value of early money management and goal setting. Throughout the day, children will rotate through interactive learning stations grouped by age, exploring topics like budgeting, saving, needs vs. wants, entrepreneurship, and generational wealth. Each station is tailored to meet children where they are—making financial concepts fun, practical, and empowering.
